PMC was founded by entrepreneur Ed Wells in 2014.  For over 20 years Ed has been involved in business development and company management. In conjunction with his own business ventures he’s worked with market leaders and SMEs, consulting on numerous projects and businesses across a variety of sectors. Ed has helped both UK and European businesses with strategy to better understand their objectives and their customers, unlocking potential and revealing new and profitable opportunities. Dominique Bivar Segurado holds an Ma in Creative Entrepreneurship from the UEA and is ILM qualified.  She has taught, mentored and managed in Higher Education and has run her own successful creative practice for over 15 years.
